Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

Star Holdings delivers products island-wide across Sri Lanka. We partner with reliable local courier services to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time, whether you are located in major cities or regional areas.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery timelines depend on your location:

• Colombo & Suburbs: 1 – 2 business days
• Outstation Areas: 2 – 4 business days

Note: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, package dimensions, and delivery destination. The exact shipping cost will be clearly calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you complete your payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your courier tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow the real-time status of your delivery.

5. Delivery Attempts & Receiving Orders

Our courier partners will attempt delivery during standard business hours. Please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address to sign for and accept the package. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse.

6. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical disruptions. In such cases, our support team will keep you updated on the status of your order.
